We were delighted on Sunday when Claire presented your gifts to us at the Destiny Masterclass for Pierre. Pierre loves playing with your toys; they are very different from the toys that you find for babies here in the UK.

Your gifts from Discovery Toys are Amazing and so educational; I now know why you are so passionate about the network marketing business you and Sarah are building. I could get very enthusiastic about recommending these beautiful products for children. We want to thank you for your generosity and can’t believe that you have taken the time to think about our family.

It was no problem at all that you used our motorhome; we were glad to help.

Dear Jan,
Following the Event this year i have planned to take massive action build a solid business i did have one team member with me on this event well she has also decided to take action and get to manager by October'07 and i will be Senior Manager by November too. Life is about making choices, which we turn to excuses but there is no time for any of that this year or any other year in my life! My kids deserve a lifestyle they will never forget and one day i will have them speaking about their experiences growing up in a network marketing evironment, just like Sarah and Mat did.
Have a fantastic time in Italy and when i'm out i have no neg head talking on my shoulder instead i have Jan saying don't miss any opportunity that comes your way go for it BIG STYLE!

Dear Jan,

many thanks for giving your precious and valuable time to sharing your
knowledge,passion, enthusiasm and your Fire because you certainly FIRED Me
UP. From the start of this year I and my partner had realised we had a
fantastic opportunity but had so much difficulty talking to people.
I took many notes, thoughts and I truly did want to take you home in my
pocket, instead some books and Fired Up CD came with me! Your fearless
energy seemed to allow me to just go out there and JUST DO IT, I now have
4 presentations booked for next week and I am so Fired Up I know my future
and dreams are truly waiting for me. Everything just went into me like a
sponge but what I really came away with was that I should not deny anyone
the same opportunity to live their own dreams. Perhaps one other golden
nugget was the Sugar Gram, such a wonderful idea to pass on and I've
passed a few since then. Once again a big thank you for sharing yourself
with us, I would also like to add a big thank you to Bill even though he
is behind the scene I appreciated his involvement giving us a very
memorable two days.

Enjoy the rest of your tour and I'm sure you had a ball in Italy!To you
both I wish you a safe journey home.

Things have been moving very well for Sally and I. We always tell people our business began to really soar after your training! We're excited about attending our first profit share/european/world rally in Stockholm in two weeks. We qualified at the highest level and will be attending ALL EXPENSES paid. We just made Car Plan this month and broke our first manager with another one on the way real soon. It's really exciting!!

We can't wait until the end of April when you are here in the UK. Hope you and Bill are well and I'll be in touch soon.

Jan –It was a great pleasure to meet up again with you last month at the QLS Jan
Ruhe day. I went the first time last year and wondered what the fuss was all
about. I could hardly spare the money to come; after all I could have gone away
with my friends to Spain for a week – was it really worth it?

Well , Jan , Saturday was fine. I enjoyed the day and it was a good bonding
session with many FLP distributors cross and up-line but was it really worth
it? Sunday was good, until Sunday afternoon when BAM! what happened? I broke
down. You made me cry when no-one else was able to make me. I was so insular and
walled –in so to speak ! that I thought no-one could bring my emotions to the
surface – they were so buried they were untouchable. I cried the biggest “detox”
cry I have every cried in my life. I was so scared but relieved because I then
knew I could change and I had support to do so.

I knew I had a lot of personal growth to go through at that stage and over the
past year I know I have managed it with a lot of knock-backs.

This year I would not have missed it for the world. You are an amazing woman who
speaks from the heart and I thank you for going through what you did to make you
the person you now are and sharing it with your friends in the world.

I did some work at a local hospital recently to help out. I am proud to say I
was the only person who knew the name of the cleaner, janitor and postman in the
hospital when no-one in the “higher positions” thought they were worth knowing.
I gave someone a business card and was “hauled over the coals” ! by mana gement for
“hard selling” ??? excuse me!

Thank you Jan – when asked “who gave you permission to give out business cards
here, poaching staff?” I replied, handing in my keys “Jan Ruhe said I could”.

Thanks for a fantastic day on Saturday, my second injection of Rhino
Spirit in 2 weeks as I was on the QLS weekend. I had a meeting on Sunday
morning with a couple of prospects who are friends of mine. I got to the
end of the presentation and the man in the couple said "I like this in
principle, but I think we need to talk about it" I swung straight back
with "what is it you need more information on?" and then I just SHUT UP.
After a short silence when I was busting to say something they started to
talk to each other. 15 minutes later we had completed the paperwork and
the were on the team. I don't know whether you heard me but I said thank
you to you as I left their house and walked back to the car.

So thanks again, and I look forward to seeing you and Bill at the QLS next
year.

Last weekend we had the Jan Ruhe training at Gaydon. It was good to have so many of you there. I have to confess that when I first attended Jan's trainings I wasn't quite sure that they were for me. I knew they had worked brilliantly for Jayne and Dorothy and Chris Goldsbrough, but perhaps it was the "woman" thing! During Dorothy's illness Jan and I have become email "pen-pals" and ultimately friends. During that time I have grown to know her better, and to gain an enormous respect for her, both as a person, and as one of the very top writers and trainers in the industry, worldwide. Jan is not a trainer who once built a network marketing business and now just tells others how to do it, on the contrary she has been for twenty seven years, and is still, building a highly successful MLM business in the USA. She is truly "walking the talk".

I think that because I was in the right frame of mind I got more out of this weekend's training than I did out of all her other trainings put together. That wasn't just because it was new and fresh and an exceptionally good training, which it was. It also had a great deal to do with my attitude to it. I enjoyed it enormously and learnt a huge amount, not just about this business, but about me as well. I would ask you, therefore, if you are ever at a training and don't think that it's very good or that you are not "getting" it, please ask yourself "Am I listening with big ears and an open mind and heart"? It may not be the training or the trainer, it may be you. We all filter everything through our very own perceptions. Well I've learnt that sometimes my preconceived ideas are not always correct.

I've been fortunate to build a very large FLP business around the world, largely by helping and encouraging others. Just think how much bigger it could have been by now if I had always listened with an open heart and an open mind. I don't mean that you should take everything that you hear as Gospel. Use your common sense, be careful who you learn from [the ones who are really doing it], listen to your heart, and not as Jan puts it "that little voice on your left shoulder". The voice that tells you to "be close minded", or that "you can't do it" or "it's all right for them because...." You know the voice I mean, we all carry it. As Jan says "put it in a bin bag, tie up the bag and throw it out with the rubbish"

We are privileged to have Jan coming to the Midlands once again, next spring, to put on her two day training. If you are serious about your career in FLP you should give very careful consideration to being there. I promise you that you will move yourself and your business forward dramatically, if you approach it with, as Eddie Chai puts it, "a humble learning attitude"

If you have not been before it will cost you US$400 to attend ($450 if you have). With the current exchange rate of $2 to the pound it is very good value, at just £200. You can pay by credit card over ten months so, for less than the price of a cappuccino a day, why not treat yourself and your business to an infusion of wisdom, insight, energy and ideas.
